When creating an Automatic Cash Entry from Bank Statement lines, a "Too many SOQL queries: 101" error may occur. This error prevents the page from loading when accessing the Bank Statement for reconciliation. The issue is caused by unbulkified SOQL queries in the trigger logic during Automatic Cash Entry. This has been resolved in the Winter 2025 SP7 release. Upgrading to this version or a later one will resolve the issue.

Resolution
  • This issue has been identified as a bug and has been resolved in the Winter 2025 SP7 release.
  • To resolve, upgrade to the fixed version or later.
Cause
  • The trigger logic invoked during Automatic Cash Entry is performing SOQL queries without proper bulkification
  • This causes the transaction to exceed the platform limit of 100 SOQL queries when processing a large number of records or loading multiple related transactions
