Symptoms

The following error occurs when attempting to discard a Currency Revaluation record:

  1. Go to the Currency Revaluation record
  2. Click Discard
  3. Error displayed
    "The current company has changed whilst using the Currency Revaluation Wizard. This invalidates the results, please restart."
Environment
  • Accounting
  • Currency Revaluation
Resolution

To resolve this issue, select the correct company in the Select Company tab that is used in the Currency Revaluation record:

  1. Click on App Launcher
  2. Search "Select Company"
  3. Enable the check box for the company
  4. Click Save
Cause

The user selected the wrong company in the Select Company tab.
