AC: Error: “XXXX refused to connect” when the Print Checks Window Opens

An error stating "XXXX refused to connect" may occur when attempting to print checks. This issue can be caused by blocked third-party cookies in the web browser. The error may also result from enabled clickjack protection settings.

Symptoms
  1. User with issue goes to Payments Plus tab
  2. Enters in the appropriate date/period/bank/payment method, etc information
  3. Click Retrieves Transactions
  4. Adds to and Reviews Proposal
  5. Click Prepare Checks
  6. Click Print Checks
  7. On the Print Checks window message is displayed:-

"XXXX refused to connect"
