ALL: How Can I Identify if a Certinia Support Request is Legitimate?
Certinia Support will not call directly to request access to your Salesforce organization, ask for login credentials, or ask you to reset your password. Legitimate requests for access are communicated through case comments or email from a @certinia.com address. If remote support is needed, it will be provided using Salesforce Subscriber access after customer authorization. Any user account for direct login must be associated with a @certinia.com email address. If you doubt the authenticity of a request, contact Certinia Support or your CSM through established channels for verification.
