ALL: Related List Added to Lightning Page not Appearing for Certain Users

A related list may not appear for certain users on a Lightning page even if the page layout is correct. This issue occurs when users lack 'Read' permissions for the object or field associated with the related list. To resolve this, 'Read' permissions must be granted to the user for the relevant object and field level security.
