  • If the user needs access to multiple companies, an administrator needs to create multiple User Company records.

  • If the process does not work for a User with a custom profile (apart from those that come with Certinia Accounting), ensure the following Visualforce Pages are enabled in the profile within the 'Enabled Visualforce Page Access' section:
    • c2g.codacurrentcompanydisplay
    • c2g.codacompanyselection
    • c2g.codacompanysuccess
Procedure
  1. Go to All Tabs (+), then select User Companies.
  2. Select New to create a new record.
  3. Use the Lookup to select a value for User and value for Company.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Verify that the user can now select the Company in the Select Companies tab and create, edit, and view accounting documents for this Company.
