ProcedureHelp ProcedureIf you've not already found them I have published two videos on how to add filters to both FM and PSA Dashboards. Hopefully, as you've started to use Einstein Analytics you've started to discover that filters can come in many forms. Toggles, Lists, Ranges, and even Charts! One of my favorite elements of CRM Analytics is how dynamic everything can be when you have a dashboard that uses a single dataset. Charts that share the same data source automatically communicate. And it's not just within a single dashboard but when navigating between dashboards too. This sort of inherited functionality means that we can develop dashboard solutions that cater to the majority of requirements, while still giving you the ability to extend with your own charts and KPIs. Love the CFO Profitability Dashboard but want an additional KPI for revenue? Build the KPI and add it in!Using the Capacity dashboard on a regular basis but have some custom resource fields you want to build charts around? Add your chart and interact with it! The video below covers both FM and PSA Analytics with the same methods being used across the platform. When you can easily extend existing dashboards, you can use the same lesson to build your own dashboards from scratch with the same methods. Build it, add it, and interact with it.
