A request recently came to me on how to add targets to some of the PSA Dashboards, and whilst we can add something to our roadmap, the beauty of CRM Analytics is that it's very customizable existing dashboards (and of course build your own). There are complex methods that can be used but in this Byte I'll only be covering the simple method.

All versions

On any of the existing PSA Analytics dashboards (and FM Analytics for that matter) you can simply edit the dashboard and click on any chart. Scrolling to the X or Y axis it is possible to add reference lines with fixed values and titles. You can add multiple reference lines and format the color. In some cases, multiple reference lines can be added. This can be useful in adding goals and targets when they are fixed. When they are variable then this goes into some more complex solutions.
