When you get Analytics licenses from Certinia, it is not just the out of the box dashboards and datasets that you get access to. You also get access to the analytics platform to build dashboards and datasets. One request that's very common from AC users is the ability to report on which cash entries paid which documents and vice versa. Due to object limitations, this can be difficult on the platform. However, we've come up with a solution that works with analytics using some of the advanced functionality. We will eventually get this dashboard within our product deliverables so that you do not need to build it manually but for now, I thought an Advanced Bite Size Analytics on how to build it would get value to you, our customers quicker.

All versions

The dashboard will look similar to the below and allow you to filter by items like document and account to see the matchings that took place, including any undo matchings.

Requirements to build:

• Einstein Analytics Admin User
• AC Analytics App already created in your environment
• Business Analytics Spring 20 or later (may require the purchase of additional licenses)
• An hour of uninterrupted time.
• A fearless attitude to using advanced features.
