Sometimes it's the case that the visualizations used on a dashboard are not the best ones for your company. Maybe they are too simple and you want something a bit more exciting to display your data or you're unfamiliar with the existing chart type and you want something more familiar. There is a wide variety of visualizations that can be used with CRM Analytics and sometimes discovering a new chart can be really exciting, opening up a whole world of possibilities for its use. My favorite visualization is currently a treemap (which looks nothing like you expect) because it's a fantastic use of space.
