The ‘Revenue Forecast’ dataset is available in the Foundations package and the PS Cloud Core Analytics app. This dataset combines data from the Services Revenue Forecasting feature in PSA. Procedure

This dataset combines all data from the Services Revenue Forecasting feature in PSA. That means that it is taking the following objects:

  • Revenue Forecast Version Adjustment
  • Revenue Forecast Version Detail
  • Revenue Forecast Version
  • Revenue Forecast ‘Live’
  • Permission Control (optional)

You can answer such questions as:

  • What is my total forecast by month for each region/practice/group/project?
  • How far have actuals deviated from our baseline forecast?
  • Show me the forecast by account.
  • Show me the forecast by project manager.

All queries (lens) and dashboards you build can be filtered by:

  • Account
  • Region-Practice-Group
  • Project name
  • Project manager
  • Time

Objective

We are excited to introduce you to the ‘Revenue Forecast’ dataset. This functionality has been available since the Spring ‘21 release of PSA Analytics and is now available in the Foundations package and is in PS Cloud Core Analytics app.
