This information outlines the version compatibility requirements for installing Business Analytics. It details which versions of core products, such as PSA and Foundations, are necessary for each release of Business Analytics. Upgrading to the latest versions of all products is recommended. From Winter 2021 onwards, the latest version of Analytics requires the latest versions of core products.

Objective
This Bite Size Analytics is for those users who are not yet using analytics but in the process of getting it installed. When it comes to getting Business Analytics installed in your environment (the package with both FM and PSA Analytics) there are sometimes some version compatibility requirements.

Procedure

We always recommend that everything in your environment is upgraded to the latest version as this reduces the risk of you finding a bug and ensures you get the latest and greatest in functionality. However, that said sometimes you can upgrade analytics without upgrading core packages and this is outlined below.
