Bite Size Analytics: What is Included with the Analytic Packages?

Certinia offers several CRM Analytics packages, with some available at no cost to full Accounting or PSA users, subject to license restrictions. An order must be placed with Certinia to enable CRM Analytics, even for the free packages. This document outlines the specific dashboards included in the Financial Statements, Financial Analytics, PSA Analytics, and PS Cloud Core Analytics packages as of the Summer 2023 release. The included features are subject to change as the packages are continually enhanced.

Certinia has a number of CRM Analytics packages. One of these packages is even free to full Accounting users and with those packages comes a lot of questions on what you get. The purpose of this Einstein bite is to outline what is in each of the packages in terms of deliverables. All of these packages are continually being worked on and enhanced with new features so this is always changing but the data below is correct at the time of the Summer 2023 release. Before using either of these packages it's important to create an order with Certinia (even for the free package). This triggers an event with Salesforce to enable CRM Analytics in the production environment only. To get it working in a sandbox, the Organization will need to do a full sandbox refresh, but I recommend installing it all within production the first time around and sandboxes for upgrades. Analytics is a read-only product and will not affect any existing data in Certinia.
