When updating your Certinia package the majority of the new functionality will be available to you on an opt-in basis. The updated package will include new features that your Certinia administrator can choose to either enable or leave disabled.  

As outlined in the Certinia - Update Planning Checklist, knowing what is available to you before updating is a critical step in ensuring your organization gets a high return on investment. Below are Certinia provided resources on staying up to date with Certinia's latest features:

Every month Certinia's Product Managers showcase functionality that is in development so that you can get an early view and an opportunity to provide feedback on what is being showcased. Visit Events in Certinia Community to register for upcoming sessions and find recordings of past sessions.

Each product’s features are organized by package and categorized by enablement type for administrator convenience. Click the links below to find more information on them within the Help site or check out the Release Overview to read about the latest enhancements.

Premier Success Customers - Release Overview Session

Premier Success customers also have access to Certinia's Technical Customer Success Managers (TCSM) that can provide new release review sessions. In these sessions the Certinia TCSM can provide a 1:1 demo of the new features, how to enable them, potential use cases, and value in each new feature. Contact your Customer Success Manager to schedule a TCSM Release Overview session.

  • This contains details of Certinia's APIs available in each release, designed as a reference your developers can do when creating custom code.

  • This contains all schema changes between releases along with a listing of all objects and their associated fields. 
  • Certinia also provides a detailed listing of Certinia's custom settings. 
• Help
  • The online help 2.0 is your central repository for all feature information, such as enabling features, step by step guidance on processes, as well as feature videos.
