What Is Happening?

• Certinia Trailhead content is moving to the Certinia Academy. Most existing modules will be migrated, and all future content will be available on Certinia Academy.

Why are we Making This Change?

• Salesforce is retiring the platform Certinia uses to host Certinia Trailhead; myTrailhead / Sales Enablement. Certinia is transitioning to Certinia Academy to continue providing you with the same content on a new platform. In addition, this change will mean you can access all of our learning in one place. This will make it easier to continue your learning journey with Certinia.

How Will I Find Trailhead Content on the Academy?

• The latest Certinia Trailhead content will be available on the Academy homepage. You'll also be able to browse all former Trailhead content in the Academy learning catalog.

How Do I Access Certinia Academy?

• After Monday, December 2nd you'll be able to access Certinia Academy directly from the Certinia Training Center. Use your Certinia Community credentials to log in.

What Will Happen to My Certinia Trailhead Badges?

• All badges you've earned by completing Certinia Trailhead modules will be transferred to achievements in Certinia Academy. Note that only earned badges will be migrated. To be eligible for migration, badges must have been earned by the end of the day on November 25, 2024.

What Will Happen to Trailmixes I've Created?

• Trailmixes you've created on Certinia Trailhead will no longer be available after the migration. Trailmixes created on Salesforce Trailhead will not be affected by the migration.

What Is the Timeline for This Change?

• We'll remove all content from Certinia Trailhead on November 26, 2024. Migrated Certinia Trailhead content will be published on the Certinia Academy one week later on December 2, 2024. There will be no downtime for Certinia Academy.

Is Salesforce Trailhead Being Retired?

• No, Salesforce Trailhead is not being retired. This change will not affect your Salesforce Trailhead badges, points, or rank.

What Are the New Names for Trails, Modules, Units and Badges?

• With our move to Certinia Academy, the names of our learning content and achievements are changing:

Will I Still Be Able to Access Existing Modules?

• All Certinia Trailhead modules will be migrated apart from the following:
