Conga: Error Message: "Composer Error Conga Composer subscription has expired." and There is an Active Conga License with Certinia

A Conga subscription error may occur despite having an active license with Certinia. This issue can be caused by a conflict with a previously expired Conga license. An incorrect region setting within Conga Composer can also trigger this expiration error. To resolve this, contact Conga Support and potentially Certinia Support.

  • It may also be necessary to raise a case with Certinia Support
Cause
  • An expired Conga license is conflicting with an Active Conga License acquired through Certinia
