  1. Access any Sales Invoice or Billing Document record
  2. Click Print/Download PDF or Print Invoice
  3. Error: 
    • "License Required The Visualforce Page Conga Composer is part of the AppExchange Package Conga Composer, and requires a license to use. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors."
Environment
  • Certinia Accounting
    • Version 2020 Spring or higher
  • Conga Composer
    • Version 8.179 or higher 
Resolution
  • OptionA:
    1. Log in as the affected user
    2. Ensure disable pop-ups are turned off before clicking Print/Download PDF
    3. Try to select the Print/Download PDF from any Sales Invoice 
  • OptionB: 
    1. Instead of a chatter, a licensing case should be created for Certinia's Licensing team who will work Conga Accounting Department
Cause
  • The pop-up blocker is preventing the affected user from self-authenticating Conga Composer access 
  • Licensing -team can take a further look.
