Conga: Error Message When Updating Conga Solution Parameter

An error message can occur when updating a Conga Solution parameter. This error states, "Unable to update. Verify that all required Remote Sites have been added." The issue is caused by a mismatch between the Remote Sites in Conga Solution Setup and Salesforce Setup. To resolve this, ensure the Remote Sites in both locations are identical.

Symptoms
  • Click Conga Solutions > Print Sales Invoice PDF
  • After changing the value of a Parameter
    • Click Update Parameter
    • Click Update Button
  • Error Message 
    • Unable to update.
    • Verify that all required Remote Sites have been added. Go to the Conga Solutions Setup tab to add the required Remote Sites.

  1. Make sure the Remote Sites in Conga Solution Setup match the Remote Sites in Salesforce Setup as per Conga Support
