• Click the Print Sales Invoice button on a Sales Invoice to launch Conga Composer

• • • The page remains stuck with a status of "Authorizing" and does not proceed further or generate the PDF

Allow Browser pop-ups for Conga Composer via one of the following methods:

Method 1: Notification Bar

1. Click the notification bar that appears at the top of the browser saying "Pop-up blocked"

2. Select the option to allow it

Method 2: Address Bar Icon

1. Click the blocked icon (usually a small X or shield icon) in the browser's address bar on the right-hand side

2. Select the option to allow the pop-up

Method 3: Browser Settings

1. Navigate to your browser settings

2. Navigate to Privacy or Security settings

3. Select the option to allow or manage exceptions for pop-ups

4. Add the URL of the site to the exceptions list

5. Save the changes and refresh the page
