Unable to Print Documents, as the user is receiving an authorisation or permission error message.

Step 1: Verify Connected App Settings Details

1. Log into Salesforce as System Administrator
2. Go to Salesforce Setup (gear icon, upper right)
3. Navigate to Custom Metadata Types
4. Composer Setting: Click Manage Records
5. Click Settings
6. Connected App Setting field: Click the Connected App Setting value
7. Note the value in Connected App Name
   • This is the API name of the Connected App used for standard Composer merges

Step 2: Change Policy Settings for "Composer [NA/EU/AP] for Salesforce" Connected App

1. Navigate to Salesforce Setup (gear icon, upper right)
2. Go to Manage Connected Apps
3. Locate the connected app identified in Step 1 ("Composer [NA/EU/AP] for Salesforce") and click Edit
   • If you are using the Conga Composer Lightning Component, you must also follow these steps for the Composer Lightning for Salesforce connected app
4. Change the Permitted Users picklist to Admin approved users are pre-authorized
5. Click Ok to accept the security warning
6. Change the IP Relaxation dropdown to Relax IP Restrictions.
   • If IPs must remain enforced, add Composer IPs: Add Conga Composer IP Addresses
7. Click Save
8. Scroll down to the Profiles section, click Manage Profiles
9. Add all the Profiles that will be using Composer

Following the Composer 8.298 release, administrators must update OAuth policy settings for the Composer Connected App in Salesforce.
