Resolution
  1. Setup > Develop > Custom Settings > select Manage next to "Accounting Settings (FF)"
  2. Mark the Enable Override Product GLA field as true
  3. Save
Note: If error persists, scroll to the bottom section of the "Accounting Settings (FF)" Custom Settings screen and check for settings assigned to a specific User or Profile, as these settings may differ from the 'Default Organization Level Value' section settings
