AC Error: Schedule The Unreconciled Transaction Total Batch To Update This Information

An error may appear in the Cash management workspace, preventing metrics for unreconciled bank statements from displaying. This occurs when the UnreconciledTransactionsScheduler Apex class does not run. To resolve this, the UnreconciledTransactionsScheduler Apex class must be run from Setup.

Symptoms

The Cash management workspace UI shows an error on one of the components. This results in one of the cards not showing the metric for unreconciled bank statements.

Environment
  • Certinia Accounting
  • All Versions
Resolution

To resolve the issue,

  1. Navigate to Setup > Apex classes
  2. Run the Apex class called UnreconciledTransactionsScheduler

Once the above is run, the metrics on the workspace displays correctly

Cause

The UnreconciledTransactionsScheduler Apex class did not run
