FFR: Error Message: "Page XXXXXXXXXX does not exist"

An error stating "Page XXXXXXXXXX does not exist" may occur when viewing a report. This can be caused by a misspelled, incorrectly configured, or blank Reporting Template field. To resolve this, navigate to the Reporting Definitions tab for the affected report. Ensure the Reporting Template field is populated and spelled correctly. If the issue persists, the report may need to be regenerated from the Reporting Generator tab.

Resolution
  1. Go to the Reporting Definitions tab and select the affected report
  2. Check that the Reporting Template field is filled in or spelled correctly
  3. If the field is not blank and spelled correctly, check to see if the report filters has been customized yet
  4. If the report filters have not been customized the report is most likely recently generated
  5. The user must regenerate the report from the Reporting Generator tab
  6. If the filters have been customized, contact support to look further into the issue
Cause
  • Using a misspelled Reporting Template
  • Using a custom Reporting Template that was setup incorrectly
  • Leaving the Reporting Template field blank
