Our updates take place in April (Spring), August (Summer), and December (Winter) - exact dates are available on the Release Schedule. Implemented Certinia after May 2024: Customers are automatically enrolled in SUP. All new onboarded customers are requested to have a SUP contact and onboarded on the next SUP major release one year after the implementation is finished.Implemented Certinia prior to May 2024: Customers can enroll in SUP by selecting an Upgrade Schedule either from the SysAdmin Workspace (recommended) or by using the Opt In form in Certinia Community. Service Packs Service packs are released between major releases to resolve known issues. Visit Service Packs in Certinia Community to find out which service packs are available and when the next service packs will be released. Service packs are automatically pushed for customers whose production orgs are on a maintained version meaning releases within the last 12 calendar months.
