Steps:

1. Add the Custom Filter Field to a Fieldset on the Contact Object

   • The fieldsets that can be referenced in Edit Page mode on the Resource Request page to control filter options are located on the Contact object.
   • You can either create a new fieldset or add the necessary field(s) to an existing fieldset on the Contact object.
   • Add the custom filter field(s) you want to appear in the Resource Request filter section to this selected fieldset.

2. Configure the Resource Request Filter Section on the Lightning Page

   • Navigate to a Resource Request record.
   • Click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner and select Edit Page to open the Lightning App Builder.
   • In the layout editor, locate the Resource Request filter section.
   • In the properties panel on the right, find the option to specify a fieldset for Custom Filters.
   • Search for and select the fieldset on the Contact object where you added the custom filter field(s).
   • Click Save to apply the changes.
