Is it Possible to Opt-Out of Push Upgrades

It is possible to request to opt-out of push upgrades for six months or for a specific version. This is accomplished by completing and submitting an opt-out request form. The form must be submitted more than 24 hours in advance. To remain on the opt-out list, the form must be resubmitted every six months.

  • To request to opt-out of push upgrades for 6 months or for a specific version, complete and submit the form Push Upgrade: Opt-out Request 
  • Must submit forms more than 24 hours in advance or, risk missing the cancellation.
Additional Notes
  • After 6 months the customer will be automatically added back onto the push upgrade list. 
  • In order to remain on the opt-out list, the customer must fill out the opt-out form every 6 months.
