OIM - Accounting Connector Admin Error Message: "Unexpected token 'Y', "You do not"... is not valid JSON"

Users may encounter an "Unexpected token 'Y', 'You do not'... is not valid JSON" error message when accessing the Accounting Connector. This issue is caused by a missing Apex Class Permission in the user's profile. To resolve this, the SCMAccountingConnectorController Apex Class must be added to the necessary user profiles.
