ArticlesPSA: Billings Totals from Timecards Not Calculating Correctly on Project Overview

• The user reports that the billing totals on the Project Overview page do not match the sum of the timecards

• A report of Timecards shows discrepancies between the expected total and the Project Overview page

• Navigate to Setup > Custom Settings > Internal > Actuals Batch

• Uncheck the Actuals Lock checkbox

• Click Save

• The Scheduled Job will now run and the billing totals will be calculated correctly

The Actuals Lock checkbox was checked in the Custom Settings, which prevented the PSA Actuals Scheduled Job from running. This caused the billing totals on the Project Overview page to be incorrect and not updated with the latest timecard information.
