PSA: Cost Rates For Resources Are Not Fully Visible in the Resource Request UI

A known defect causes the Cost Rate field to appear blank on the PSA Resourcing Component. This occurs when the Cost Rate on the Contact Record is set with a decimal place of six or higher. To resolve this issue, an upgrade to Winter 2025 SP11 or a more recent version is required.

Symptoms
  • When setting Cost Rate on Contact Record with a decimal place of 6 or higher, the Cost Rate field on the PSA Resourcing Component is blank
  • Example:
    • On Contact Record > set Cost Rate to ##.#######
    • On PSA Resourcing Component > Cost Rate field is Blank
    • If on Contact Record > set Cost Rate to ##.#######
    • On PSA Resourcing Component > Cost Rate field doesn’t display
 
Resolution
  • Upgrade to the Winter 2025 SP11 version or higher.
