Unable to apply the schedule adjustments from the Smart Rescheduling module getting the error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setHoursAdjustmentAcrossWorkingDays')

Symptoms
  • Navigate to any Project, then click on the Work Planner tab

  • Click View Suggested Adjustments

  • Highlight and click Apply

  • View error: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'setHoursAdjustmentAcrossWorkingDays')"

Resolution

  • Upgrade to the PSA Summer 2025 SP16 service pack

  • Retry after successfully upgrading

Cause
  • The user is unable to apply the schedule adjustments from the Smart Rescheduling module due to an undefined property configuration
