Error Message: "You do not have access to the Apex class named RMS_ScheduleDataController" on the Project Management Workspace

An error message stating, "You do not have access to the Apex class named RMS_ScheduleDataController," may appear on the Project Management Workspace. This error is caused by the user not having the necessary Apex Class permissions granted. To resolve this, access the user's profile in Setup and grant access to the "RMS_ScheduleDataController" Apex class.

Resolution
  1. Go to Setup
  2. Select Users
  3. Select the affected User
  4. Select the Profile
  5. Select Apex Class Access
  6. Select Edit
  7. Select RMS_ScheduleDataController
  8. Select Add
  9. Select Save
  10. Confirm that the error is no longer thrown
Cause
  • The affected User does not have Apex Classes granted
Additional Notes
  • Vote on the Idea to have this added to the managed workspaces Permission Sets
  • A custom Permission Set could also be edited/created and assigned to the affected User(s)
