• Only Actuals are displayed for forecast versions generated after the Spring 2026 upgrade.
• Projects utilizing the "Deliverable" Revenue Forecast Method do not display Forecast Revenue data in the Review Forecast Version screen.
• Forecast versions generated prior to the Spring 2026 upgrade correctly display both Actuals and Forecast Revenue.
• The underlying Revenue Forecast data remains intact on the projects, but the forecast values are not being pulled through into the Review Forecast Version screen, appearing as null or zero.

1. Navigate to the active Services Forecast Setup record
2. Locate the field Populate Revenue Source as EVA
   1. Note: If this field is not visible on the page, select Edit Page, add the field to the page layout (placed under General Settings), and save the changes
   2. If the field does not appear immediately after saving, toggle the display density between Compact and Comfy to force a page refresh
3. Check/tick the checkbox for the Populate Revenue Source as EVA field
4. Run the forecasting process again in full (whether by region, practice, group, or entirely) so the system processes the data with the newly activated configuration
5. Once the forecasting background job has completed, generate a brand-new revenue forecast version
6. Switch to the newly created version and verify that the forecast values populate correctly alongside actuals on the breakdown chart

• Following the Spring 2026 release, the data-retrieval pipeline for projects using the "Deliverable" Revenue Forecast Method requires the Populate Revenue Source as EVA setting to be explicitly enabled
• Without this field checked, the system fails to map and pull the forecast values into the RFV screen interface, causing them to default to null or zero

• Ensure that the user performing the resolution steps has administrative permissions to modify page layouts on the Services Forecast Setup object
• Toggling the display density is a known local UI workaround to clear the cache if layout updates do not render immediately
