PSA: How to Change the Manage Timecards to Approve Layout

Columns can be added or removed from the "Timecards" section of the "Manage Timecards to Approve" page. This is accomplished by editing the "Timecard Approval Columns" field set on the Timecard object. The day columns cannot be removed from this page.

  • Timecard columns are the only editable items on this page
  • It is not possible to remove the days columns from the page - Related Knowledge Article
Procedure
  1. Go to Setup > Objects > Timecard > Field Sets
  2. Click Timecard Approval Columns 
  3. Add or remove desired field(s)
  4. Save
