Additional Notes
  • In the Edit details Section, Add Additional Tasks button displays all the Tasks and  allows you to select and log a Timecard with Tasks that are associated with other Milestones. 
  • Tasks that are Closed for TimeEntry are not listed 
Procedure
  1. Go to Setup > Develop > Custom setting
  2. Click Manage next to Timecard Entry UI Personal Custom setting
  3. Click Edit
  4. Set Pre Populate Task and Restrict Task Based on Milestone fields to "True"
  5. Click on Log a Timecard with Task from Home page
  6. Select Resource, Week Ending Date and Project/Assignment
  7. Select Milestone 
  8. Click Edit Details 
  9. Tasks that are associated with the milestone and that are eligible for that week are listed in the Edit Detail section
  10. Add time against the relevant task(s)
  11. Click Save and Submit
