ArticlesPSA: Mass Approval Component Scroll Bar Fail To Display When Using Mozilla Firefox Browser

• When the PSA Mass Approval component (Timecards to Approve) was added using Lightning App builder, both Vertical and horizontal scrollbars are not visible in Mozilla Firefox browser
• The bars are visible in Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers

This behavior is not a defect within Certinia PSA, but rather a difference in how browser engines interact with the host operating system's display settings.

By default, Mozilla Firefox respects the Windows system-level visibility settings for scrollbars, whereas Chromium-based browsers (Chrome and Edge) override them to ensure they are always visible.

To resolve the issue on Windows 11, please follow these steps:

1. Click the Start Menu and open Settings (or press Win + I)
2. Navigate to Accessibility on the left menu
3. Click on Visual effects on the right side
4. Locate the toggle for Always show scrollbars and turn it ON
5. Restart or refresh Mozilla Firefox and clear your browser cache if necessary
   

• This issue is caused by a browser rendering difference where Mozilla Firefox strictly adheres to the Windows 11 system-level setting to hide inactive scrollbars, whereas Chrome and Edge inherently override it
• Because this behavior is controlled entirely by Firefox's interaction with the operating system, it cannot be programmatically forced via Certinia PSA code.
