PSA: Role Filter not Applied When Viewing Close Assignments from Project, Contact, or Assignment Page
This is a known issue within Professional Services Automation for specific versions. Custom filters with API names that do not match the Label Name fail to display results. To resolve this, users on PSA Spring 2026 SP6 must upgrade to SP9. Users on PSA Summer 2026 must upgrade to SP2.
