PSA SRP: Payable Invoice Expense Line Items are Creating Duplicate Misc Adjustments

A known defect in Professional Services Automation causes the creation of duplicate miscellaneous adjustments. This occurs when a payable invoice with expense line items is posted. The issue is resolved by updating to version Spring 2025 SP2 or later. Crossfixes are also available for the Summer 2025 and Winter 2026 versions.

Symptoms
  • When creating Payable Invoice with Expense Line Items, when posting that invoice, duplicate miscellaneous adjustments were created
  • Steps to replicate:
    • Go to App Launcher > Payable Invoices > Click New > Click on the Account field > Fill in the Vendor Invoice Number > Click Save
    • Select Payable Invoices > Click on Expense tab > Double Click on General Ledger Account and Type "..."
    • Double Click on Distribution code and type "..." > Double Click on Line Description And Type "..."
      > Double Click on NET Value and Type "...".
      > Double Click on Project and type "..."
      > Double Click on Milestone and Type "..."
      > .Double Click on Department and type "..."
      > Click on Save > Click Pass to PSA Checkbox as True > Click Automatically Pass to PSA checkbox as True > Click Save > Click Post > Click Miscellaneous Adjustment to observe the multiple adjustment can be seen
