PSA: Timecard Entry UI Personal custom setting not respecting Minimum Hours for Timesheet Entry

The custom setting "Timecard Entry UI Personal Minimum Resource Hours Per Week" is not being enforced in the new Timesheet Entry UI. Users can submit timesheets with fewer hours than the required minimum. This issue occurs in the PSA Summer 2024 release. To resolve this, an upgrade to PSA Summer 2025 or a later version is necessary.

  • New Timesheet entry UI was not properly enforcing the custom setting Time Entry UI (Personal) Minimum Resource Hours Per Week
