PSA: Why Are Some Users Not Able to See Resource Work Planner?
In our Certinia, there are some users who are not able to access resource work planner or manager's work planner. When we checked their permission sets, so it was clearly stated there that they have the permissions to access that. But they are not able to access that even after having some of these permissions and all of these permissions. And for some users, they can access that particular component. So we want to inquire that why this is, there is a discrepancy in the access
