  Wells Fargo CEO (Commercial Electronic Office) accounts, serving business/enterprise customers, are not supported by their API. Plaid will no longer be supporting CEO accounts to remain compliant with the terms of our Data Access Agreement and the associated institutions (ins_114007, ins_117738) will be delisted from Plaid Link as of Jan 31, 2023.

• API calls for existing items for these institutions will result in INSTITUTION_NO_LONGER_SUPPORTED errors. Plaid recommends removing active items using the /item/remove endpoint to stop receiving webhooks and to remove them from ongoing billing

Plaid has engaged with the Wells Fargo team on enabling API-based access to Wells Fargo commercial accounts and expect to be able to share more details on go-forward coverage plans in Q2 2023. Note: this change has no impact on Wells Fargo retail bank institution (ins_127991).
