R&A: Analytics is missing the CFO Dashboards

The CFO Dashboard is missing within the "4CA - Financials" application. This is caused by an issue with the application's configuration. To resolve this, the dashboard must be restored by creating a new app using the "FinancialForce Financial Management and Analytics" template in Analytics Studio.

Resolution

To restore the CFO dashboards, create a new app using the "FinancialForce Financial Management and Analytics" template by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to Analytics Studio
  2. Select Create > App > Create App from Template
  3. Search for and select the FinancialForce Financial Management and Analytics template
Cause

The dashboard is unavailable due to an issue with the application's configuration, which requires restoring the dashboard by re-creating the app using the "FinancialForce Financial Management and Analytics" template.
