ArticlesRM: How to Delete Process Runs and Associated Process Logs

•  How to delete completed Process Runs and associated logs in Foundation using a scheduled job or manually via the user interface

Process Runs are deleted by a scheduled job using the "ffasync_RecordsDeletionScheduler" Apex class

To schedule automatic deletion:

1. Navigate to Setup > Apex Classes
2. Click Schedule Apex
3. Select "ffasync_RecordsDeletionScheduler" from the Apex class dropdown
4. Set the desired frequency (daily, weekly, etc.)
5. Click Save

To manually delete a process run:

1. Click the Process Runs tab
2. Open the specific Process Run Record to Delete
3. Click Delete Run
4. Confirm in the dialog by clicking Delete

• This will delete:
  • Completed Process Runs
  • Associated Process Logs
  • Process User Group Records
  • Child Process Runs and Logs 
• This functionality is only available in the Lightning UI, The retention period is controlled by the Days To Keep Process Run And Logs field in the Async API Framework custom setting (default: 90 days)
• If the process logs are not deleted, verify that all processes have completed successfully and include a finish time
