Certinia Reporting (previously FFR) is a product designed to generate reports, typically for Certinia’s Accounting product. It is composed of two applications: Action Views and FFR. It is being retired due to low data volume, old technologies, better tools available and other operational issues. 

The following alternatives are recommended as a replacement for Certinia Reporting:

  • Native Salesforce may be used as a replacement for FFR
  • These can be exported to Excel or other such tool
  • They are simple to create
  • There are significant training materials available to lower the cost of adoption

  • Datasets are created by Certinia for use in CRM Analytics and FRB, thus limiting the need to understand data structure
  • FRB and CRM use the same ‘back end’ technology thus maximizing re-use and knowledge
