Retirement: Loading Chart of Accounts

The process for loading a Chart of Accounts (CoA) is changing. Users can now utilize DataStream templates to upload any country-specific CoA. This method replaces the previous "Chart of Accounts Localization" feature. The new process offers a generic template for any CoA, in addition to specific versions for Spain and France. No post-upgrade steps are required to use this functionality.

Description
  • Users can upload country-specific Chart of Accounts (CoA) via DataStream templates. They are published in Community. Spanish and French versions are available, however, it also creates a generic template for any CoA from any country.
  • Using DataStream, users can upload any CoA as opposed to using the "Chart of Accounts Localization" which previously only supported the Spain and France CoAs.
  • There are no post upgrade or feature console steps.
