Retirement: PSA Resource Schedule and PSA Resourcing

The PSA Resource Schedule and PSA Resourcing components are being retired. These will be replaced by a new, unified PSA Resourcing component that combines the features of both. The old components will be deactivated in Spring 2025 and removed in Summer 2025. System administrators must update page layouts to transition to the new component.

 How should existing users transition? 

  • System admins should complete the following steps: 
    • Remove the PSA Resource Schedule and PSA Resourcing from the resource request page layout
    • Add the newer unified PSA Resourcing component
    • Change the segmentation of the resource request page so that it shows data in a single section in the user interface (UI)
      • The newer component contains filters, scheduler view, allocation, attributes view, as well as many other panel style sections within it
