In September 2023, Certinia announced that XL Plus will no longer be supported or accessible after October 31st, 2024. It is recommended that users migrate their reports to xRB. Reports must be migrated by January 31, 2025 as XL Plus will stop working after this date. For help with migration, request a Reporting Hotline session or attend a Reporting & Analytics clinic. Why is XL Plus Being Retired? Windows Support XL Plus is currently supported on Windows 10 and prior versions, Office 16, and Windows OS/PCIt is not supported on Windows 11 (although there are reports of it working occasionally), Office 365 and MacMicrosoft is moving towards Office 365 and away from standalone software. They intend to stop support of Windows 10 on October 2024 Analytics Compact 2.0 XL Plus works with CRM Analytics lenses built in Compact 1.0All new lenses are automatically built with Compact 2.0 which is not supported with XL Plus Single Sign-On XL Plus does not work with single sign-on and the work to support is not quick, requiring a rewrite API Retirement XL Plus currently uses API 32.0Salesforce regularly retires APIs which led to the retirement of XL Classic and Print formatter as the APIs stopped workingSalesforce is currently retiring API 30.0 What are Some XL Plus Alternatives?
