Services Estimator (formerly Services CPQ): Error: "Changes cannot be made to the estimate because it's currently being processed by another action."
An internal object within the Services Estimation package is designed to lock estimates during processing to prevent data issues from concurrent modifications. This lock prevents changes while asynchronous processes like adding templates, adding products, refreshing rates, or moving dates are running. The system is designed to remove these locks once the process is complete. If an error stating the estimate is being processed by another action appears, one should wait for the process to finish. In rare situations where a lock remains after all processes have ended, the lock record can be removed manually. This ensures that users can resume making changes to the estimate.
