What makes a great Idea submission?

Certinia wants to hear from you! We are always looking for opportunities to deliver more value to you and your organization. In 2023, we were proud to implement nearly 100 Ideas, and this is only possible when users like you provide your suggestions. So if you have a great idea for a product enhancement or a feature request, then please share it with our Product team and fellow users by submitting an Idea within Certinia Community.

Before submitting a new Idea, we recommend checking to see if your proposal has been submitted by another user. When you find an Idea that you agree with, be sure to show your support by upvoting the Idea, leaving a comment, and clicking Subscribe.

If you don't see your Idea, then click Post an Idea to submit your recommendation. To make your Idea stand out, be sure to provide clear and detailed information about the underlying business problem you're hoping to solve and the impact that the proposed enhancement would make. Provide detailed steps of your current process and include relevant screenshots if possible.

After an Idea is submitted, Product Managers will review the suggestion and assess the potential value to all users. The Idea Status is updated as it progresses through our review and build processes, and Idea creators and subscribers receive email alerts whenever the Idea Status changes.
