Congratulations on joining the Certinia Community, the digital hub that supports you throughout your journey with Certinia. You now have access to an assortment of valuable resources to help you get the most out of Certinia products, but where should you start? Below are some of the most popular tools in the community.

  • Groups are virtual discussion forums where you can ask questions and connect with other users. There are dozens of Groups for every area of our products. Join the groups that are relevant to your product interests.
  • Knowledge offers thousands of articles on common questions and issues. Search for a problem you've experienced and use the facets (aka filters) on the left to narrow down results.
  • Ideas is the perfect place to submit your recommendations for product enhancements. Browse existing Ideas and vote for the recommendations that you support.
  • Events showcases upcoming virtual and in-person events. Register for an upcoming webinar, clinic, or meetup. If you missed an event, you will find the recording here as well.
  • Release Hub contains everything you need to know about the latest product release. Explore the latest product enhancements and learn how your organization can take advantage of the newest features and functionality.
  • Support is the best way to open and manage support cases. Be sure to look at our Known Issues and Services Packs for recent product fixes.
    • Note: Not all users have the ability to submit support cases. Contact your organization's Community Support Super User if you believe you should be able to submit support cases.
