The Certinia XL Plus plugin for Excel is being retired and is no longer available to download for new installations. Support for current customers will continue until October 2024. The application is only compatible with Microsoft Windows® 10 and does not work on mac os®.

  • Go to HOME > XL PLUS > WORKING WITH Certinia XL PLUS REPORTS > CONNECTING TO YOUR ORG 
  • XL Plus is a different add-on.
    • It is also being retired and
    • the download is no longer available for new installs

  • Note: Certinia XL Plus is in the process of being retired and is no longer available to download for new installs. Certinia Customer Support will provide support for current XL Plus customers until October 2024.
  • Important note:
    • Certinia XL Plus only works on Microsoft Windows® 10, which itself is being retired in October 2024.
    • The application is not compatible with mac os®.
